A license is locked to one machine at a time. The 8-hour session window lets you re-launch on the same machine; moving to a different PC requires the window to expire or an admin reset.
The launcher reads your Bless build fingerprint and fetches the matching offset table. When a patch ships, we publish a new table and your next launch picks it up automatically.
